User Responsibilities & Privileges

If BIT Communications, chooses to edit third-party content, this action does not set a precedent for any other alleged violation of either the Terms Of Service/Use or Privacy Policy. BIT Communications will have no liability or responsibility for performance or non-performance of such investigation.
Copyright Infringement

Criteria for Inclusion of Content on BIT Communications Portal
The website is intended to provide information about our local community and for use by anyone in the community and therefore all content must conform to the standards outlined.
These standards may be varied by the BIT Communications administrators from time to time without notice. The BIT Communications administrators will determine if information meets the standards and may refuse to include any information, at its absolute discretion.
